We will specify the levels of service and staffing levels appropriate for a deluxe resident compound and will calculate the budget and the anticipated maintenance fee for the early years following Delivery of the Venice project. It will be our aim at all times to establish and maintain the levels expected of a deluxe resident project. We will abide by best accounting practice and will aim at all times to provide a detailed breakdown of all expenditure using principles of total transparency.
However, we would like to state from the outset that it is not the intention of For Free Company to be personally responsible for the management of the Venice project. Under Egyptian Law the owners have the right to elect their own committee to decide on the level of services required for their project and to appoint an executive committee to set the budget and to dismiss the management company or appoint a new one based on democratic principles.

Swimming Pools Maintenance
We provide complete cleaning service for swimming pools, using only the finest industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials.

Video cameras surveillance provides continuous monitoring of gates, back entrances and other premises of compound.
Organization of the cleaning service
Cleaning staff care about the cleanliness of the common parts of the complex, staircases, and engage in daily rubbish removal. Rubbish collections take place several times per day and store in a refuse storage area on the back of compound until it will be removed by local waste collection company.
